1. yes i updated to the lastest firmware.
2. the key was from the first time i read my drive.
3. yes i erased flash then updated with lt2.0 to it.
now when i try to play a game it comes up play dvd. but when i try to play gears of war 3 or nba 2k12 it says play game then trys to start up then goes to a black screen and goes back to the dashboard.
