Hi,

I followed the tutorial, but I never got any blue light from the spear.

Does the software need to find the liteon before spear activates??
(Because, from some reason, when I scan sata ports, it does not find any x360 drive!)

Is there a chance my spear is deffective?

did you install portio32? Do you have a via 6421A chipset? Yes, it should light up blue as long as the liteon drive is detected. But, as for the spear being defective. It could be or it might not be. Anything is possible.

Hello, after the key read, the tut says to hit the "Get key and files" when I click that it gives me a error stating "Error sending ATAPI inquiry (timeout)" What do I do at this point?
