Lizard and non-xbox drives

Can i use my Lizard to connect any drive to my pc or just xbox drives? I'm having problems installing a new Liteon ihas drive to my old ide motherboard. I've tried two different types of ide/sata adapters with no luck. I know my pc likes the Lizard. And I have a molex adapter for power. Thanks.

you can not flash an ihas with lizard

there should be no reason why you cant on your PC is windows see's the drive you can flash the drive
