sounds like keys are wrong - return drive to stock and see if they still work - cause either the drive lasers failed or your keys are wrong

bro, like VGC is saying the only explanations are the lasers are completely killed or the drives have the wrong keys. Are you sure you didnt cross flash keys ? When you flash the drives does the Lizard verify it as a successful flash ?

Load the firmware in the toolbox and click the advanced view and compare the drive serial number from the firmware to the one on the drive to see if you flashed the wrong drive.

Did you make the correct firmware for the dash version? As in not a 74 after dash 13146, cause it should be 02510c.
After dash 13146 you should be answering yes to both pop up questions when saving a OFW or CFW.

When you go to save the firmware, original or custom. It should ask you what dash you are making it for. Open one the CFWs in the toolbox and see if it says LiteOn 74, 83, 93, or 02510c.
Dash 13146 flashed all LO's to 02510c. So, if you made a firmware for say a 74 instead the drive is not going to match what it should be and will not work...ya dig?
I'll assume by now you checked to see if you cross flashed the keys and the Lizard does an AES check. So this seems like it would be the problem, it gives the same symptoms of the wrong key but really it's just a f/w mixup...it's common.
Anyways sorry for the ramble and I hope this solves your problem.

ok lets not forget one smal thing here concerning fat liteon drives YOU MUST DISCONECT THE LENS RIBBON FROM THE DRIVE or you wil fry the pots on the lens 90% of the time

Do you mean the laser ribbon? i always disconnect this when flashing but haven't heard of a lens ribbon unless it's the same thing?
