Where do I download it from? Its for the maximus stinger. I need both the phat and the slim .jed files. Everytime I click on the files all it does is open them.

Sweet, the xsvf are included in that archive!

I've been clicking the links but all it would do is open it and show the coding.

What excactly is the svf and xsvf?

They are files generated by Xilinx Impact. Nandpro requires the xsvf so the jed file has to be converted using another program in order to flash the stinger using the 360nandflasher or nand-x.
