stinger very slow jasper 256 boots

I installed the stinger and it booted xell in about 3 second... I then used xell to flash freeboot and now I'm getting 2min boots... Nothining less then 1 minute

If even now takes 40 plus seconds for xell to boot.. any idea what can be done to fix this

ok will try.. is point A another Ground also should I keep the Back 2 grounded?

now stinger LED not flashing, green led stay solid

My jasper elite boot somtimes quick and somtimes very long. Is there any other solution to make booting faster?
