Do the maximus stingers come with the xilinx chip pre-programmed? If not, how do you program the chip with an lpt JTAG cable? I was able to program the Matrix Glitcher I bought using Xilinx Lab Tools(iMPACT) but whenever I try to program the Stinger there are no options available to program the chip when I right click.
