I bought 2 days ago my Xtractor3 but im having a little issue here, my xtractor wont power on liteon drives, i dont know whats happening, but it does the connection, led goes blue but when i try to eject or something just dont respose, it works fine on hitachi benq and sammy drives but with liteons it wont work, also i tried to read a liteon 0251 key with lizard and it gave me "DEVICE NOT PRESENT" error,i mean this drive powers on with old xtractor fine,but damm i bought this thing to improve and it just doesnt work, any help here will be useful.

seems very odd, try your old xtarctor cable on the xtractor 3

Its the same i used the cable of my old xtractor and it does the same thing, should i go to the store o bought it for warranty? im from mexico
