need to program parallel NAND

Do any of the Maximus products support parallel NAND memory devices, or do they only work with SPI NAND???

why would you even consider a slow and unreliable method of using a parallel port??

I'm actually asking about the NAND memory interface, not the PC. Definitely, you'd prefer a USB interface over LPT to the PC. But I need to program parallel NAND FLASH. (Parallel NAND FLASH has MUCH larger density than SPI NAND FLASH--Gigabytes sizes. And read cycle times are as fast as 40MHz!! :smile:
