Got 2 jaspers, 1 16mb flash config 00aa3020
other is 256 flash config 00aa3020
both cb 6750
both units only sit at black screen never booting
I have used best pig ecc creator for both ecc's.
when programming chips i am using a xsvf file downloaded from internet and flashing with nandpro 3.0
how can i be sure chip flashed properly and chip is functioning properly?
anything else i should try???

I have the same problem when I turn my console on (jasper bigblock nand btw) I get no picture or sound, the green light on the console comes on and stays on (doesn't flicker) and when syncing a controller the controller is detected (syncing stops when controller is found) but it doesn't get connected.
I generated my ecc using python according to tutorials and am 100% sure I did that right, I also generated with CD and CDjasper.
As here they use "python common/imgbuild/build.py orignand1.bin common/cdxell/CD common/xell/xell-gggggg.bin":

And here they use "python common\imgbuild\build.py originalnand.bin common\cdxell\CDjasper common\xell\xell-gggggg.bin":

So the ecc can't be the problem, it just HAS to be Matrix Glitcher.
I feel that the problem might be that I flashed my Matrix Glitcher with NandPro3 and a NandFlasher. I will make a JTAG cable later this week and flash directly with iMPACT, I found this link:
http://natrium42.com/projects/jtag.php
The cable over there should work just fine and is a lot easier to make than the one from GliGli's schematics (only 1 resistor and no diodes are used).

did you edit the build.py and add the 1BL key?
Is you dash on 13599 or 13604 which is required to glitch?
Myself and many other users have had total success with nandpro 3 and matrix glitchers.
I would have to say its end user issue

no blinking light means it doing nothing, your install is not proper or you didn't make and/or write the .ecc properly

i got ecc created manually. having same result. also tried CD instead of CDJasper. still no boot. anyway to make sure chip is programmed correctly??
ok so power light should blink even with drive attached??? mine does not blink either unless drive is not attached.

I checked all my connections on the motherboard and Matrix glitcher and they are fine. The Matrix is also powered properly (measured with my multimeter).
So I guess either the chip isn't programmed correctly or I'm using the wrong wires? I'm using Kynar wire for the job. I read that the length of the wire can be of influence for the boot time, but I assume that it should at least boot within a couple of minutes no matter the length of the wires?

wire length is very crucially if too long it will never boot at all the most imort is wire C on matrix, no more then 2 inches in lnegth that is the clock line that triggers every, but your not getting a flashing light at all whcih means its not doing anything at all

The wires I use are just long enough to reach the Matrix glitch, so I guess the ones from the bottom of the board are longest.
What if I just flashed the ecc file to the Xbox 360's NAND, will the light still flash then? Because I could easily test that (by completely desoldering the Matrix glitch and all the wires)?
