cant get drive key for xkey

flashed with lizard to lt 2.0/was left with a cfw file and a source file.i watched the video on how to set up xkey and used jungleflasher to spoof to source with original firmware.absolutely no luck.any ideas what im doin wrong?

what drive? did you use the x360ky tab in lizard toolbox to make your file ??????

drive is benq.that tab is really confusing,it seems to be for only slim consoles
