Hello everyone,
i have a question about Maximus Xtractor Pro Version v3. I have a Phat Xbox360 with a Lite-On 7XXXXC drive and with a Dashboard 12625 with Original Firmware.
Now i know that to extract the key/dummy/Inquiry/identify i need also the Scorpion Spear v2.
The question is: like hardware is that all? Or i need anything else? I ask this because looking on pictures about Xtractor i haven't seen the S-ATA port to connect it to the drive.
Other question: can i extract all that i need with also dashboard 13146-13599?
In both cases is possibile to make a backup of Original Firmware also?
The fact is that i want at last to leave the drive with Original Firmware because i would like to use X360Key.
What is the difference between this one and Maximus Lizard 360? Do they do the same things or not?
Thanks in advance.

If i am reading your question right, heres what you need..
--lizard and scorpion to extract and write firmware.... after your drive info is extracted the lizard toolbox gives you the option of making cfw and ofw.
--xtractor 3 is a nice add on(but not mandatory) allowing you to power your drive without the use of the 360 to power it, also has other features like...eject, half open, mode b and so on. the lizard comes with a power drop if you just want to use the 360 power.
not sure about your questions of the different dash's...but from what i read you can flash any dash version, but if you need to do a dash update you need to flash your drive back to ofw, update, then flash back to cfw.
