i replied late to the last post so im getting no reply? but i need a reply asap as i am leaving and have no desktop where i am going and no adapter for my laptop. anyways i was wrong on the blinking led there is a solid blue led when the drive is hooked up and a little sound but nothing occurs when i press eject, if i dont have anything hooked up there is still a blue led but when i hold eject there is a red led lit up, i have three dvd cables, and two xtractor v2.3 so i KNOW there is no way any of this is faulty. i also have a "1st pc corp 12v dc" molex adapter. the only thing i could think of is my adapter is giving enough power to power the board but not the drives??? if you could help me out asap thanks

Solid blue light just means there is power, the red light when holding eject it good it indicates the xtractor 2.3 is in fact working.

It sounds more like your dont have suficient power

12v / 1A is required for eject

5v / 500mA is required for xtracto 2.3 to turn on
