im tryin to update the lizard application update firmware i connect the lizard as normal and download the firmware an save it to the pc i go to flash the lizard with latest firmware but the lizard says the serial number does not match the firmware looking at the digits on the lizard and the updated firmware there is 2 digits difference, the last digits on my lizard are A297832 the last digits on the firmware are A297832_1


any advice please thank you

LOL, you downloaded twice and did not overwrite so windows added the "_1" to the file
