Hi! I've bought a 360 XTRACTOR PRO V2.3 and I have problems with it. I can't update device's firmware with XT2_Updater.exe, also I can't execute any command on device with VB2008_XT2Commander.exe

I've tried both USB and RS232 (J3).

Also while in firmware update mode (J2 in FW_UPDATE position) red led (L3) only blinks, but not steady light.

While I'm trying to update device's firmware XT2_Updater.exe says Connection Failed: No compatible device detected or no device detected at all (You can try with lower speed).

While I'm trying to send command VB2008_XT2Commander.exe says <<<{TIMEOUT: Make sure to issue the SET_ANSWERBACK_ON command}, but it happens even if I've sent 0X21 - Set Answerback on command first.

PS. Also on each power on it makes three beeps. Long, short, long. Beeeep-beep-beeeep.

Can you help me with that?

sounds like you dont have the USB jumpers set correctly

All set as manual says. But it isn't work. Maybe it's faulty Xtractor?...

Also while command sending in USB mode green led (L2) is briefly flashing (I counted 5 short blinks).

Any other ideas?

sounds like yours is not even programmed or has faulty power

when you plug into USB L2 (USB activity light should blink then go off)

Yes, I've got on mine xtractor all that you've wrote.
