Ok, my FTDI232RL chip on my xtractor pro is bad. Can I still be able to use the RS232 connection instead, i think its also called the D9 connection? I've tried using it but no luck. So was just wondering. Thanks In advance.

Thanks vgcrepairs, is there certain drivers I need? Because XP is not detecting it.

there is no drivers needed for a serial port, just set JF up to the proper COM port, generally its COM 1
