Hi -

the title says it all - I connect the spear and xtractor v2 (brand new both), and once I power the xtractor, both green and blue light are on on the spear... Of course, cannot do nothing to read my 74 lite drive .Is the solution to update the firmware or my hardware is problematic ?

if the drive is already flashed you can not use spear to read again, if the dirve is spoofed as a Ben-Q will cause same issue

Hmm...and then, how could I flash from 1.6 to lt+ ? (indeed the drive is flashed ) . Do I need something more ? In any case, the "two lights" is there even if I do not connect the dvd at all, just the xtractor + spear ... PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!

Can you plz give an answer ? I see a lot o people having the same problem, while I think there is warning or stated anywhere that you cannot reuse spear to re-flash drive -- although I have flashed mine with xtractor v1...anyway, WHAT IS THE SOLUTION in case you want to REFLASH a drive ??? Liteon...
