I have the same problem with my xtractor pro 2.3. I bought it new from consolesource.com. I hooked up the supplied power (10 pin) going from the xtractor to my lite-on 74850C drive and no power was going to it. If i power the drive with the xbox it powers it. All the led lights are working blue & green on the xtractor and the spear. But it's not sending any power to the drive and when I press and hold the eject it gives me a red light. Anyone have any suggestions? Also let me add that extract the key by powering the drive with the xbox and using the spear running from the xtractor and the mini-usb running to my laptop. But when I try to erase the drive....I can't power cycle the drive fast enough by pulling the 10 pin out of the xbox and plugging it back up to get the drive in vendor mode. So that's why I need the xtractot to power it so I can just switch it off and on faster. Can anyone help me with this issue.

Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.....
