i did try to install the port95nt drives in many operation systems: XP, vista, windows 7. and all of them was 32bit, after i do the install i go to the program files DLPortIO and double click on PortIO or VBPortIO but it always says: DLPORTIO.SYS device drive not loaded. PortI/O will have no effect. and when i click on the NandFlasher360 it says error cant find the nand flasher. and there is some note in the Nandpro20e say

USB Install:
Flash the .hex file to the LPC2148.
Connect LPC2148 to computer USB.
Point "found new hardware" to the "custom.inf"
Windows reports: "Your new hardware is ready to use"

USB Hardware:
Connect only wires from EXT connectors to MAINBRD.
No resistors or diodes at all. For sure! Do not add them!

i cant understand any of what it says .hex ??? LPC2148 ???? what are those and how i can fix the problem ...

NOTE: am so sure about about all the wires in the right place and good Welded so please tell me something useful coz i really gonna destroy my xbox 360.

my question is how do i make my pc organizes my nand flasher, please tell me in detail step by step..

thank you

I am telling you something usefull. I have extensively worked on NANDflasher, if it says not found then your soldering is bad or you have a damaged wireset. Every NANDflasher sold to every single reseller was programmed and tested by ME, I can vouch 100% every single nandflasher works as described before being sent to resellers.

I would check your wireset by testing with a multimeter from the bottom of the mainboard to the respective plug on nandflasher, by removing the nandflasher cover, check for continuity between them, if every connection is perfect, then try a differnt USB cable or USB port.

If you used the cutsom.inf included with nandpro 2.0b or nandpro 2.0e it will work, there is no need to install potio or anything else since your not using a LPT device!

I have nbo odea what you refering to by flash .hex to LPC2148, since they are already programmed, maybe the software you trying to use does not like nandflasher, use a CMD winndow with DOS commands on nandpro such as

nandpro usb: -r16 orig.bin (or -r256 or -r512 depending on size of nand)

maybe read the user manual on 360nandflasher.com

nandpro 2.0e is developed by a 3rd party there readme has nothing to do with the nandflasher, there instruction DO NOT apply to Maximus NANDflasher

thanks for the info, and to confirm that my soldering is perfect, we use to do it me and my friend to use the nand flasher in his pc and it working so perfect but the problem was that every time we finish from writhing the nand it says successfully done but when i open my xbox it show error 107 or something i cant remember exactly but it show 2 red and two green lights up and down up and down so we take back the original nand back, now time am doing this by my self as my friend get married and he not having a free time for me. so am stuck from the start cant organize the drives for my pc to get the job done.. i really dont know what to say i did try many things and different kinds of laptops pcs operation systems but no luck.

red/green light means your keyvault is not correct its referd to as christmas lights in the scene. so your not making the files correctly. If you had access and no longer has access means the nand is in a bad state and nandflasher wont let you recover you will need a cygnos to recovery the nand

first i dump my nand and every thing goes well

but in the verifying it says : Erorr verifying @ block: 0x3FE
Verified correct, but only 17267712bytes(16mb)
info: please try again
Error: Reading not finished!
Please try again!

and when i open the xbox it says error 79 with one red light

and to let you know every step, in the flashing it give me this:

No writing in Config-area @block: 0x3DE
No writing in Config-area @block: 0x3DF
No writing in the reserved area from block: 0x3E0

i did try XBR_Falcon_8955_3a
and
XBR_Falcon_8955_1a

but it the same Error,

i did try for 6 times (get back the original nand and the xbox get to normal, add the xbr and get the 79 error with one light)

PLEASE I NEED HELP
thank you

you have bad block you need to remap it - info here BAD BLOCK MOVER

If you open your original dump in Xbox 360 flash toolthis will tell you EXACTLY what motherboard you have, throwing random XBR files at the console is doing you no good at all

did you get your kv.bin and config.bin? (this is with nandpro 2.0b, rename xbr_3 to just XBR, ensure its in same folder as nandpro and orig.bin)

nandpro orig.bin: -r16 kv.bin 1 1
nandpro orig.bin: -r16 config.bin 3de 2

Did you inject these into xbr3?

nandpro XBR.bin: -w16 kv.bin 1 1
nandpro XBR.bin: -w16 config.bin 3de 2

Did you clean the nand before writing?

Clear NAND (important to remove, can cause problems if not done)
nandpro USB: -e16 0x000000

it says: 2BL CB 5770 LDV 0 PD 0x1D4555

and i ll try as you told me to soldering the jumper on module C, there are two wires red and blue, which one in the right and in the left for example the one in the right its the blue one and in the left side the red one if you are holding the xbox like this the dvd driver is up, is this correct ?

and after i finish from the jumper and do the normal staff like read the nand and wright it did my xbox will be a jtag without any more problems like error in some bad blocks?

thank you

the wires DONT GO ON THE JUMPER it a solder bridge, look at module C and add a drop of solder to join the 2 points together
